Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pure coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup almond cream
  • 1 fresh cold banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Chill, pour into glasses, and serve
